No, our team will bring all the equipment which will be needed to clean your place. They will check the request form before coming to your place and bring all the necessary equipment with them.

I don’t think so. You just need to keep everything in place before arrival of our team. You may tell them about placing items but they will not need any help in cleaning.

Most of the time, our person is same each time. Sometime due to schedule conflict, we can send a different person but we assure you that all our team members are fully trained and they will give 100% to your place.

We would not recommend that. All our cleaners are hired/scheduled by calling our support line and we will circulate the schedule with cleaners. If you hire any cleaner directly that we are not aware of, we will not take guarantee of any work or mishap.
